Christmas Kids Crafts

Hello everyone. Hope all is well. I have been so busy so I apologize for not posting sooner.

I am having a get together for kids. We are working on Christmas Kids Craft this Saturday November 20th from 1-5pm.
Cost is $10.00
Location: Monarch Bank - Hanbury Rd.

The kids will have so much fun and will keep them busy at least for a little while.

Wicked Halloween

I love this new stamp set from Stampin' Up!.
I found this project on another website. I think it was Pink Buckaroo and just knew that I had to make it for my club.

It was a very cute and fast project to make. The hand sanitizer I bought fit just perfectly. It's Candy Corn scented. How wicked cool is that!

Greeting Card Kids

I borrowed this stamp. I think she is adorable.

The stamp set is in our 2010-2011 Stampin' Up! catalog and the paper is in our new Holiday Mini.

I made a gift card holder at a mini stamp camp with my upline Faith. I brought it in to work and a friend wanted me to make another one. I made some changes and here are the results.

This is what we made yesterday. I love it. It is so cute.
We used the treat cups, bird punch (my favorite punch) and a glimpse of new card stock.

Future Class... All A Flutter

I saw this on another website and just knew I had to do it. I love, love this frame.

MOM card

This is a card a made the other day. I love both stamp sets. The MOM stamp is from our Occasions mini catalog and the flowers are of course from the Tropical Party stamp set. As you can see it is one of my favorites. I am working on a card class set for next month. I will be posting soon. The cards are done but I am working on the case. It will definitely make a nice gift even Christmas gift for those planning ahead.

I had such a blast today. Elizabeth and I were working on different things to showcase Stampin' Up!'s new products.
I love this new stamp set.

CONCERNING AVAILABILITY OF RETIRED COLORS:

RE-INKERS

For re-inkers in retiring colors, as we run out, they will be placed on backorder status and those orders will be filled as quickly as we receive the product. We will continue to do this to the best of our ability through May, and then the re-inkers will be available while supplies last in June.

CARD STOCK

Card stock presents a bit larger problem, as the process of ordering and producing new paper from the paper mills is very involved, and we can't order significant quantities at this point in time without putting the production of the new colors in jeopardy (and we know you want those!). To help us be able to provide you with the card stock in the retiring colors for as long as possible, we will be substituting textured paper for some of the smooth colors--including card stock in 8 ½ x 11 as well as 12 x 12--where the smooth is no longer available. You will notice these colors go on backorder, and we will be filling as many of those as possible with textured card stock. Because the demand for each color varies, we are unable to provide a list of what colors of card stock will be substituted with textured, or at what point that will happen. However, if you receive a package of card stock that is textured instead of smooth, there will be a sticker on the package indicating that change. There will be no change in item code or price for these substitutions. 

So, if you wish to stock pile on some of the retiring colors, you might want to consider ordering sooner than later!

LUAU CROP COMING SOON

Hello everyone...
I am so excited that our new mini will be starting up soon. So you know what that means that our Occasions mini  ends on April 30th. So if there is anything that you want from that mini catalog you only have a couple of days left. If you need me to place that order let me know and I will do it for you.

Here is a sneak preview of a mini album that I did today. This will be part of a class that I will teach at the Luau Crop.

Isn't it pretty. It has a secret compartment where you can put another picture. I will show you more pictures later. Thanks Elizabeth for helping me out. I sure needed it.

Happy Birthday

I had to make a birthday card and I used this stamp set that was part of celebration. I also need to use up some of the retired colors.

I don't like making sympathy cards but had to make one this past week.

Color Renovation

Stampin' Up! is retiring some core colors and bringing back some In Colors from the past. I am so excited to share this news with you. They are bringing back Pink Piroutte. One of my favorite colors. Kiwi Kiss, Pacific Point, Ridinghood red., these are some of the new In Colors from last year that will be coming back. Some of the retiring colors are Pixie Pink, Perfect Plum, Barely Banana, Handsome Hunter and many more.
